Monthly Rentals in Okanogan County

Nice, quaint little place. Definitely small but we knew what we were getting and it was bigger than expected. Cozy little place to stay at with all the amenities one might need!

We really enjoyed staying here. The area is beautiful. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including snacks. It is walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant and a block away from a walking trail along the Columbia River. We were 30 minutes from Lake Chelan. The area in front of the entrance is fenced in, giving us extra safety for our dogs when going in and out. We will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful month at the Cowboy Cabin, and feel so lucky to have found this gem. The house is clean, well-appointed, private, and has absolutely spectacular views. It feels incredibly remote, but is less than a 10-minute drive to Winthrop, which is handy for groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. Robyn was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We can’t wait to go back! The only thing to note — which Robyn made very clear — is that you’ll want a 4WD vehicle for the driveway. Our Subaru Forester did great, but the road wouldn’t have been navigable in a small sedan. All in all, we rate the Cowboy Cabin 10/10. We’re hoping to book a month there again next winter!
