Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Okrug Donji

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Luka et son épouse sont des gens charmants et accueillants. Toujours de bons conseils pour les visites. Le logement est très bien placé et dans un environnement de rêve sur cette petite île paradisiaque. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

The outdoor space with the pool und lounge area was a highlight. A beautiful, quiet beach is just a short walk away, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly—they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Croatia!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr schönen Villa! Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gab wirklich alles, vor allem in der Küche war von Küchengeräten, vielfältigen Geschirr und Gewürzen alles da. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab sogar eine Brotzeitplatte und Wein zur Begrüßung. Da das Wetter eher kühl war, konnten wir die Sauna und den Jacussi perfekt nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Auch die Lage war ideal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind wunschlos glücklich abgereist. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Wir waren als Mädelstruppe dort und wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen ☺️ Ana hat uns ganz lieb empfangen, war flexibel mit unserer Ankunftszeit, hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt und sogar eine kleine Willkommensüberraschung vorbereitet 🥹 wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, hat sie innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet Das Haus ist perfekt, wenn ihr nach einem Ort sucht zum Entspannen sucht, mit tollem Bergpanorama, beheizbarem Pool und Sauna ☺️ mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern perfekt für große Gruppen. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann wirklich tollen Urlaub machen 🏖️

Spędziliśmy fantastyczne wakacje w domku w Brus 8, Gata i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka relaksu, wygody i gościnnej atmosfery! Domek jest perfekcyjnie przygotowany – znajdziecie tu absolutnie wszystko: basen, jacuzzi, saunę, bilard, lotki, piłkarzyki, grill, a nawet pełne wyposażenie kuchni i łazienek – włącznie ze środkami czystości. Na powitanie czekały na nas świeże owoce, wino i soki, a właściciel okazał się niezwykle gościnny i serdeczny – każdego dnia pytał, czy czegoś potrzebujemy, doradzał atrakcje w okolicy, a nawet przynosił domowe naleśniki i czereśnie. Takich gospodarzy się dziś już rzadko spotyka! Cała posesja jest zadbana, a wieczory w jacuzzi pod gwiazdami to coś, co zapamiętamy na długo. Dzieci również były zachwycone – miały mnóstwo atrakcji i swobody. To były naprawdę wakacje marzeń – komfort, natura, cisza i pełen relaks. Właściciel stworzył tu miejsce z duszą i pasją. Na pewno wrócimy!

Ružica je izvrstan domaćin. Na naš upit odgovorila je u roku od samo nekoliko minuta i sve smo odmah dogovorili. Obzirom da Ružica u tom trenutku nije bila u blizini, organizirala je da nas ispred apartmana dočeka njezina sestra koja nam je ljubazno pokazala apartman i dala nekoliko korisnih savjeta što obavezno obići u Trogiru, gdje jesti i sl. Apartman izgleda upravo onako kako je na prikazan na fotografijama, uredan, čist i dobro opremljen svime što je potrebno. Lokacija apartmana je savršena. Samo pet minuta hoda do starog grada, a ipak izmješten iz šušura, tako da se čovjek može opustiti i odmoriti. Svima koji namjeravaju boraviti u Trogiru, od srca preporučujemo Ružicin apartman . Gorans Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super, man braucht nicht den ganzen Kram durch die Hitze zum Strand schleppen. Der Ort an sich hat uns auch sehr gefallen, zu unserer Reisezeit war er nicht überlaufen, was sehr entspannt war. Auch der Gastgeber Goran war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Sollten wir wieder Urlaub in der Gegend machen, wird Gorans Appartement die erste Option sein.

This was an awesome stay for my boyfriend and I - Katia truly was the best host. So responsive with all our questions during our stay. Lovely cosy apartment, cooking equipment, great bathroom and amazing balcony view of both the sea and pool. Highly recommend for couples especially if looking for a get away in the Sun. Ideal location, we got a €6 uber to Trogir and then a ferry to Split and Bol on a couple of the days of our stay! Thank you Katia!!

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig. Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung, in der man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Lujana hat uns lieb empfangen & war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Stadt Trogir ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schönen Erinnerungen ❤️

Smještaj je prostran, sa velikom terasom. U svakoj prostoriji ima klima!!! Lokacija u blizini grada Trogira i najbliža plaža je udaljena samo 3 min hoda. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni i pristupačni. Sve pohvale i preporuke!

Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.
