Monthly Rentals in Okubo

Kanae’s place was a wonderful stay for the week. Close to two train stations which was very convenient when sightseeing around Tokyo. The local restaurants that we ate at were really good also. You do hear the trains whiz past every 10 or so minutes but it’s not an issue at all. Kanae which very responsive when we had questions aswell. Highly recommend this place.

We loved staying at Yuta's place in Shinjuku! The apartment was SPOTLESSLY clean and all the amenities (towels, hairdryer, kettle etc.) were very easy to find. In terms of location, it's SO convenient for walking to Shin-Okubo station (just a few minutes away) and the apartment is located a short distance away from a bustling mainstreet in Korea Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and street vendors on your doorstep, and, if K-Pop is your thing, you'll find plenty to do within just a couple of blocks! The only thing I would say as a warning is that, because you're in the heart of such a vibrant district, you can sometimes hear a bit of noise at night - but it was usually very quiet by the time it reached 10 or 11pm. Overall, this is a clean, accessible and conveniently located apartment. We fell in love with Shin-Okubo and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Ideal accommodation for a busy trip to Tokyo! Very clean, very responsive host and very well connected, with a number of JR lines within 10 mins walking distance. It was also very convenient to be able to store luggage at the Domo Hotel around the corner on the days of check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Place looked just like the photos. Andy was super friendly and responsive. There are many stores and restaurants near by.
