Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Simple accommodation for guests who want to stay in Munich at a reasonable price. Approximately 10 minutes on foot to the Puchheim S-Bahn station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center / Munich Marienplatz. A free private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has not yet been renovated, but it can still be used to a limited extent.
