Beautiful home. Relaxing location by the water. Perfect home for families with kids! Sue had loads of toys to keep the kids entertained.

Such a lovely getaway with the kids. We all loved the pool table, games and most of all the hot tub! The house was lovely, surrounded by nature. All rooms were comfy. I will note no shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied so we had to duck out to grab some. Thanks for the stay! We’d happily stay again.

The perfect getaway for my family! Myself, hubby and 2 kids (7 and 9) had such a lovely time. Very peaceful, surrounded by nature. The walk to the river was beautiful and breathtaking. There was so much to do whether it be playing tennis, exploring the grounds, or chilling at the cabin with a board game. Would highly recommend

The hosts were very responsive and proactive in setting the place up just how we needed to support our young family. Their descriptions and instructions were spot on and checking in was very straight forward.

It is an absolute fantastic place. Very peaceful with great views. Feels like heaven on earth. The inside of the house is very clean, spacious and has everything that you would need. Bev is a very nice and friendly host and it was an absolute delight talking to her. My husband and I and also our two dogs loved it so much that we will definitely come back here whenever we can. It was one of the best places that we have been to. From the check in until it was time to leave everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

Wonderful accommodation in the most beautiful location.

Great house, suited our needs. Very well equipped, nothing we needed to add. We were able to utilise the jetty, a boat ramp not far away. Fire pit space was great. Dogs loved it. We did keep them outside, so needed to create a run overnight as the yard is not fenced. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you Allan

House was very spacious and comfortable, right next to the beach was only about a couple seconds walk, perfect for spending the whole day there! Perfect walking distance from the shops as well

Our stay at Tallowood cottage was lovely. The cottage was better than pictured. The bed in the main bedroom was probably the best bed we have slept in for an Airbnb. The house was roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed during an East Coast low and the backyard turned into a swimming pool so it was difficult for our dog to use. We just used the front yard instead. So great to have a dog friendly comfortable property so close to a dog beach. Susan and her team were extremely responsive to our communications and let us extend our stay until the road home had reopened after the floods a bit further south. Would definitely come back and stay again!

We had such a lovely stay – the place was warm and cosy, perfect for a relaxing family retreat. It’s in a quiet bush setting but still super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Merewether Beach and Hickson Street Lookout. We loved taking our dogs for walks along Merewether Beach and even found a great dog-friendly café nearby – the perfect spot for an early brekkie and sunrise. The lookout was stunning at sunset, though dogs aren’t allowed there, so we left ours in the car for a short while. The cottage has a big wooden table out on the deck, and we really enjoyed having lunch there, listening to the frogs singing while the dogs explored the garden. Such great value for a pet-friendly getaway. Thanks so much, Stewart!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Forster with friends and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped - there were plenty of plates, cutlery, and everything we needed for group meals. The host let us know in advance to bring our own towels and linens, which was helpful, so just something for future guests to keep in mind. We also made use of the BBQ on the balcony on our final night, which was a great way to wrap up the trip. Would happily stay again - thank you for having us!

Roger and Robyn came to welcome us and were nice enough to provide some basic ingredients for our first breakfast! We felt at home right away and the location was perfect. There were a few spiders and a cockroach during our stay, but it is to be expected in Australia! We loved the place overall ☺️

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Good Friday and Saturday night we had perfect weather the place was so well maintained and perfect size for our family who are water babies so the pool got a lot of use. We played lots of games had Easter egg hunts , walked to the loot, played spotlight around the yard at night. We were delighted when the horses and cows came to visit. Sad to leave this place but being Easter, it was expensive but worth every penny as we made wonderful family memories at Kia Ora

Loved the view from the loungeroom & balcony. Everything was neat & tidy. Lots of books, DVDs, etc. Great smart TV. Beds were comfy. Nice & roomy apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Had a lovely time.

Tania was lovely - really friendly. She was very responsive and provided tips on things to do during the stay. She has the makes herself available if there are any issues (we had a tiny issue with the key, which was resolved immediately), but otherwise ensures that she doesn't intrude on your stay. She is very mindful of this.

Very happy with our stay at Blueys Beach. Dean was very communicative and we felt we could reach out to him if there were any concerns. We would definitely like to return for another visit.

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at Windmill Lodge. There is lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for large groups. We also made use of the wood fire for pizza and the extra large paella pan. Lots of lounges and seating and a big long dining table perfect for large groups. Tanya was very helpful is setting up extra beds as we required and we felt very at home.
