Apartment holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Wow ! Un endroit extrêmement bien situé, à proximité de tout, de la mer, de la Place Massena, des restaurants et du Tramway et très sécuritaire. Le studio était propre et bien fonctionnel. Nous avons adoré Serge qui a été au petit soin et attentionné du début jusqu’à la fin. Je recommande fortement

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

Levon was such a sweetheart! His place was so beautiful!! It was clean, spacious, yet warm and inviting! I want to live there! It’s a perfect location and Levon is so responsive! So close to the train station! I highly recommend this place!!

Perfect stay in Nice for a couple. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and functional, with everything you need for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town, with a lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Murielle was amazing during our stay, always available and with great tips on the city! Will definitely return when i come back to Nice.

Great location, it was near everything. The place was clean, we were not there much as we were out exploring during the day.

Dorinas place is in the perfect location. You can walk out the door and you’re in the middle of all kinds of great dining and shopping. And five minute walk to the seaside and many choices of great beach clubs. I would rebook if we returned to Nice.

Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt in Valery's Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Mal waren wir 3 Personen, so dass eine Person auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste. Die Schlafcouch wurde als sehr bequem beurteilt. Super! Schlussendlich ist die Wohnung definitiv zu empfehlen - die Lage, die Größe und die beiden Badezimmer machen es sehr komfortabel, dort eine Woche zu verbringen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Logement parfaitement situé, en plein de toute l’action et tout près des moyens de transports! Le logement est bien équipée, bien aménagé et spacieux pour 4 personnes! Nous avons grandement apprécié les chambres, le rangement et tous les équipements fournis! Rien ne laisse à désirer! Parfait emplacement, parfait logement et Audrey a été formidable!

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

Mathieu’s place was in the center and close to everything we wanted to do. The space, amenities, and furniture was just as described. The jacuzzi wasn’t working during the time that we were there but Mathieu communicated ahead of time. There are double doors that need to be locked all the time and there are three small flights of stairs to get the apt in case you have big luggage. Loved the location, and really enjoyed our short stay in Nice.

This was the perfect base from which to do the Nice half marathon. Jacqui’s apartment is roomy, comfy and perfectly located, within easy walking distance to shops, port, beach and restaurants. Jacqui was brilliant with communication before and during the trip. We had a great few days and would certainly recommend this accommodation and/or happily book again. Thank you Jacqui!

Un vrai petit havre de paix : appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement situé à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse et le spa sont un vrai plus. Parking et commerces à proximité. Calme, confort et accueil impeccable. On recommande sans hésiter !

Отличный лофт в самом центре города, но с большими чемоданами сюда лучше не заселяться, тк лестница на 5 этаж огромная Но расположение квартиры очень хорошее, хозяин всегда был на связи

Joli logement correspondant à l’annonce. Jean Marc est très gentil et nous a bien accueillis, petite boisson en arrivant. Jacuzzi magnifique a l’abri des regards, peignoirs fournis, terrasses avec transat sur pelouse. Je recommande vivement. Vous serez bien reçus et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment honnête.

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
