Kai’s place was really nice and per the photos. He was really pro-active and responsive and super helpful on queries. His instructions were super detailed and clear. The location was really peaceful and found easy parking for my car and is just a stones throw away from Lark Lane. I would happily recommend Kai as a host and would definitely consider staying there again when next visiting Liverpool.

The studio apartments was modern, clean and tidy. It was reasonably close to places we wanted to go and buses were very close and worked well. Because the location had changed we were a little confused at first with the location because it was based actually in a conference centre that is only used on weekdays. This did mean access is slightly complicated but once we’d taken all this on board it proved to be great.

Een heel fijn appartement in een mooi appartementengebouw. Echt 1 van de beter verzorgde appartementen in Liverpool. Zit op een fijne loopafstand naar City centrum Liverpool, winkelcentra zijn goed bereikbaar (stuk lopen is prima te doen) en busstops goed in de buurt. Prettig om vanuit hier Liverpool en als je wil bijvoorbeeld Manchester etc. te bezoeken. De communicatie met (het team van) de eigenaar is echt uitmuntend; denken fantastisch mee en zijn pro-actief! Ook de mevrouw van de schoonmaak die we troffen, was erg vriendelijk. Enige minpuntje is dat het appartement in een wat minder verzorgde omgeving staat (Liverpool heeft voor Nederlandse begrippen veel zwerfafval), maar daar heeft de eigenaar natuurlijk geen invloed op. Al met al zeer tevreden over dit appartement!

Stephen's apartment is a restored lower level of a large restored Liverpool mansion. The apartment is very nicely appointed with everything you will need for a short or longer term stay. The property is located in a very quiet up market suburban environment, close to public transport, but plenty of parking if you have a car

Took my other half to Liverpool for his birthday and this apartment was a brilliant find for us to stay in. Great location where you could walk to the centre or the docks. Rachel was a fab host who gave very clear info and instructions for check in and check out. The apartment was spotless, everything clean and tidy. Brilliant host and brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

The accommodation is excellent. Comfy and well furnished. The area is what you would expect for that part of Liverpool although the immediate surroundings could be tidied up but that is nothing to do with the owner of the accommodation as it is a block of flats. It is sad that the area isn’t tidied up by the tenants or those responsible. No reflection on the accommodation or owner though as said.

Julio's place was perfect for our needs. He and his team were super responsive and proactive in trying to meet or anticipate any needs we had (especially late checkout and keeping our bags). The parking was safe and easy and the grocery store being so close made things really convenient. We even ran into the neighbor while their who was very nice and friendly. 10/10!

Fabulous clean modern apartment a stone’s throw from Anfield stadium. Perfect for our trip to see Bruce Springsteen! Spotlessly clean. Nice hot shower and great view over the fields. Breakfast at the Tia Hotel next door was the icing on the cake. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. Would highly recommended 💯

The place was beautiful exactly how it looked in photos. Super close to everything we did in Liverpool 2 min walk to bars and restaurants as well as shops. Was a great experience and would recommend this place. It is a third floor walk up so keep that in mind. Would stay again if visiting Liverpool

Thank you Tina, it was a lovely stay at your home. Everything we needed was there for our nights stay and we had the best time in Liverpool. Easily accessible with Uber to the city centre too.

We stayed at Margaret's place for a week. The flat feels new and is lovely and bright. Good wifi, easy parking on the street outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. Convenient with Allerton Road offering shops and restaurants. The flat is located near a junction, but is well double glazed so all quiet when the windows are closed. Margaret was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. The apartment is close by the liverpool lime station. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is clean and to walkable distance to all nice places in liverpool. We find the price fair for what is being offered. The host is responsive and clear, I would recommend to stay there.

Had a great time here, really nice place to come stay, very clean and well looked after. And the views nearby are amazing.

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

Situated a short distance from the main station, this apartment offers all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The multiple messages with instructions can be confusing, so be sure to read them carefully. Overall, it was a good experience.
