Monthly Rentals in Old Town, Košice

Jakub is a caring and dedicated host. The place is nice, great location, and comes with a convenient parking spot. The flat is located right next to a grocery store (Fresh Plus) which is a nice bonus. Very fast internet, smart tv, and a comfy bed. We stayed for about 10 days and would stay again if we return to Kosice. Jakub is a fantastic host!

The apartment is very beautiful, stylish and clean. Basic amenities were sufficient in the kitchen, as well as basic supplies and information about the city were available elsewhere in the apartment. The apartment was nicely prepared upon our arrival. The only damage to the climate and the window screen in the bedroom is missing (hard to air out on hot days at night without the company of mosquitoes). The apartment is great access to any city, but especially to the center, where you are in a few minutes on foot. The owner was very kind, reliable, always responded quickly to messages. Thank you

The place was solid. Peter the host was very on top of it and made sure everything went smoothly. The apartment is nice and has everything you would need. The apartment could use a good deep cleaning, but it wasn’t excessively dirty. The location is awesome. You’re off the Main Street, but can get to cool stuff in less than 3 minutes. Definitely worth the price!
