The hut has one underground and one above-ground floor. It is set in a beautiful natural setting 3 km from the historic town centre. From the cottage there is a bike trail leading all the way to the city. There is a narrow steep road leading to the cottage, accessible by car. There are three parking spaces available. The property overlooks Austria, in ideal weather you can see the Alps. In the accommodation there is a possibility to use the outdoor grill and seating. In case of cold weather it is possible to smoke rooms with electric radiator and wood-burning stove.

You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

Seasonal transformation of the winter garden situated on a double garage near our family house to the special sunny studio with an exotic bathroom. You can choose to sleep on the double mattress (140x200 cm) situated on the elevated platform (3x2 m) or if requested to sleep separately, one person can sleep on a single mattress (85x200 cm) in the space under it. There are curtains to block the possible views from the side windows and terrace but in general you should have complete privacy there.
