Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Old Town

We (two families with kids) were lucky to stay three nights at Sylvia's nice and beautiful home near Bratislava. The house is large with several bed rooms, it is well equipped and in a good shape. As we have been there in summer, we were able to fully enjoy the well-kept garden with the quite large pool. Further, the host supported us with Information and always answered to any questions we had. Thank you, Sylvia for letting us stay in your nice home!

Great place for our family!

Practical house close to bus station to Vienna airport. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of the old town. Fully equipped house. Great kitchen, two bathrooms. Everything worked well. Beds in 1 room (downstairs) were too hard, the beds in the other rooms were fine. We would have preferred to have more towels. We received 1 towel per bed in regular size for 3 nights.

Make the price ratio great :)

We loved the house! Everything is clean, there are all the necessary things, dishes, appliances. There is a cozy treehouse, slide and trampoline in the yard. It was paradise for a child. For adults - grill and covered gazebo. We had a great few days at this house. The only disadvantage is the iron road next to it and the constantly peaking barrier! And quite a large stream of cars past the house!

The house is very nice, convinient and tastefully designed and equipped. It is in excelent location for traveling in Bratislava and the nearby countries. The hosts are pleasant, helpful and kind.

Beautiful new apartment complete with everything, but really everything, and very clean excellent garden with excellent privacy Very quiet and brand new area with parking in front of the house. The distance from the center of Bratislava is about 20 km, for me there are no problems but it is to be evaluated. Jarmila is fantastic, very kind and always ready to answer you. The only thing to note is that for animals there is a supplement of €20 which is not mentioned in the listing, probably an oversight.

great hosts. house was a good size, modern fixtures and amenities with a spacious garden. great spot to use as a hub to access the countryside and get to Bratislava. Would highly recommend for families as lots of shops nearby, loads of room for kids to run about as well as being very secure. Great vfm too.

One of the best Airbnb apartments we’ve stayed in! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and has a really good vibe. It even has a very nice balcony to sit and drink a cup of coffee. The location is amazing! We could walk everywhere and didn’t need any public transport. You can really tell Peter and Aneta thought of every little detail. There was coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, even bathroom spray. And the chocolates waiting for us were such a warm welcome. It did get a bit warm during the night, but there’s a fan and it definitely helped. The communication with Peter was super easy and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave really clear instructions, so finding the place was no problem at all. We’ve stayed in quite a few places, and this one honestly stood out. We’d absolutely love to come back! Thank you Peter and Aneta 😊

I had a wonderful week's stay in Andrea's fab flat. It is very well equipped, light, airy and quiet. The 2 terraces were a treat, with differing views & atmosphere - vibrant overlooking the road, with lovely sunsets; courtyard side was so peaceful, slept wonderfully well as the bedroom was to the back. The large living/dining area was ideal for chilling in. The kitchen has everything you need, I did only make breakfast as enjoyed eating out. There's lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. The Old Town centre is only 15 mins stroll away. There are regular trams and buses, which I never used as enjoy walking. Do explore up from the flat, there's a nice shopping centre and outdoor street food area, Meet Point. Bratislava is one of the best breaks I've had and this flat was the perfect base 🌟

The apartment is located in a modern residential complex near large shopping centers. The apartment is spacious and as described. Parking is a huge plus. Additional bonus - city view from the 19th floor. We liked everything.

We really enjoyed our time at Eva’s place. The balcony was a highlight and the proximity to Old Town made everything easy. Eva and her daughter are very kind and responsive.

A beautiful modern apartment in the very centre of Bratislava's Old Town. It was an accomodation with probably the highest ceiling I've ever stayed in and also a cool little bridge to enter the apartment. The build-in floor with the bedroom was very cozy. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the owner is friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. The location is filled with restaurants and other turistic places and with the Bratislava's famous Čumil being just a few steps from the apartment. Overall, it was a great experience staying here :)

Friends, I would 1000% recommend the accommodation provided by Lubos. Everything is clean, neat, and in a perfect location! There’s a wonderful grocery store right downstairs, as well as a café inside where you can enjoy a great breakfast. If peace and quiet are important to you — this is the place. Just a 5-minute walk away is the Danube river promenade, the Opera House, and a huge shopping mall with an incredible variety of stores! There are also lovely cafés with summer terraces just 5–10 meters from the Danube. Lubos is an amazing host and a wonderful person. When I was supposed to leave, an emergency happened — my flight was canceled, and I had no idea when I’d be able to fly home. Lubos kindly offered to let me stay until his next guests arrived — that was a whole 3 extra days!I I haven’t met such kind-hearted people in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful to him for everything. He gave me tremendous support during a difficult moment. Wishing you all the happiness in the world!!

Clean and tidy, very close to the Nivy shopping centre. Easy and secure access with chip and digital lock. Host is responsive. However, the sleeping pillows are a bit too soft.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! Very modern & spotless. Ironing board ,iron, dishwasher, washer, drier, fridge, freezer etc. we didn’t have to worry about taking a steamer or washing up while we were there. Edyta had quick and useful answers to my questions & I had lots of them. The front desk lady was very helpful too. We will definitely be returning to Edyta’s apartment & would recommend it to anybody looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you Edyta we will be coming back in the future.

Appartment is brand new. Good location.

We lived in this apartment for a month with a small child. The location of the apartment is very good, the proximity of the beautiful Aupark shopping center, a great transport junction. There are several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is perfectly equipped with appliances, there is everything you need. The hosts are wonderful people, it was very pleasant to communicate with them. We will definitely return to this quiet, cozy apartment.

Judita is very nice, friendly and really helpful. Apartment is very warm and cozy, you can feel right at home. Everything was clean and ready for you. It is situated just couple minutes by walk from central bus station Mlynske Nivy. You can also enjoy shopping or enjoy good food or coffee in the street next to the apartment. I can only recommend this lovely place.

We have stayed here before so we know the apartment and it gives us exactly what we need. It is comfortable for short and long periods.

Beautiful space with excellent view, especially by night. Easily accessible, in walkable distance from main railway station. It doesn't matter that the building is located on a busy street, once you are in, it's silent. Checkin easy, Tomas communicated just in time with necessary instructions. All was tidy. Interior is very cosy, in the evening you can sit at the balcony and relax. Thanks, recommending!
