This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
