Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with the best connections. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground-level terrace, is spacious at over 50 square meters, comfortably, stylishly and charmingly furnished. Long-term stays are also possible.
