Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

The apartment is fully equipped, kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Simple bicycles are included. There is a 180 cm wide bed in the small bedroom and a sofa bed in the open living room/kitchen.
