A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Thank you Salvador for staying with you. We were there for a month and we didn't miss anything. Salvador was always available and helped us immediately in every situation. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

The stay in the house was very good. It perfectly matched the photos. The communication with the host was very agile and the location was excellent, a few meters from the entrance to the beach.

Comfortable house and all together together together together together together together. The only thing we miss is having few basic things, like salt, some extra wc roll (there was only one) but good there is a super close walking and several 5 minutes by car. The beach is nearby and the house is fantastic

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Apartment very close to a large beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the apartment is pleasant and well-equipped with two terraces.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and walking the beach every morning was glorious. Super clean, spacious, peaceful, loved the balcony and views! I can’t wait to return!

Victor was a great host who already contacted us before our trip and provided us with the most important information about arrival, keys, accommodation and information about the area. He was always quick to reach and responded directly to all inquiries. His apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Small sufficient kitchen with direct hatch to the living/dining room, beautiful balcony and good roof terrace and good bedrooms. The complex around it is good, with lots of greenery, pool and direct access to the sea We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

Lovely location for a beach holiday, beautiful sandy beach within 200m Very quiet area so if you are looking for night life maybe look elsewhere but for us it was perfect. Thank you.
