Holiday rentals with beach access in Oliveri

We came by taxi from the airport. Antonietta waited for us in the apartment and told us about what we saw around us, gave tips on restaurants and told us about dishes you should try when you are in Aci Castello. The apartment was well equipped, but we were probably too late to use the mosquito spray. Walking distance to Aci Trezza and Catania is also not far away (by bus). After purchasing swimming shoes, we tried a small swim in the sea that lies just below the apartment. Here it must be said that we had problems both getting in and out of the sea due to large rocks that had to be forced. The apartment is well equipped and we bought food and ate breakfast "at home", also made a couple of dinners in the city to eat out. The terrace was fantastic and we sat outside all the time, except when we wanted to watch the national match between Norway and Italy (which Norway won). I highly recommend both the place and the apartment.

We spent a very nice and relaxed week with our little daughter in the apartment. We were the only guests, so it was very quiet and we actually had a private beach. The garden and the view are beautiful. The apartment looks like the photos. On arrival and departure, we treated ourselves to an e-taxi, otherwise everything is easily accessible on foot. The caretaker couple is very nice and helpful if you need anything. Carlo was always easy to reach.

The most beautiful space in a lovely seaside town. We had a very good time exploring close by destinations and walking around Stazzo and Acireale. We got groceries and dined on the balcony to enjoy the view and went swimming everyday in our personal lagoon steps away from the patio. Exceptional host and fabulous accommodations. Hope to go again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

and it was something beautiful, a fantastic view, the loving neighbors. A place surrounded by nature, among mountains and beautiful countryside. of course you have to have a vehicle to get around. 12 minutes from sea pacts. we had a great time and hope to be back

Valeria’s place is absolutely worth the hype and so is she! She went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She greeted us at check-in, let us drop our bags early, and even gave us a ride to our boat excursion. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the place was spotless, and the views were unreal. The location is perfect: beach access, mini marts, the Mazzarò Sea Palace for drinks or dinner, and just a 3-minute walk to the cable car that takes you straight into Taormina. On the first night, my sister and I mistakenly ordered an Uber to town for 27 euros and ended up walking 30 minutes back down. Do not do what we did. The cable car only costs about 10 euros round trip. On checkout, Valeria helped us get a taxi and even gave me duct tape when my suitcase ripped. She truly thinks of everything. From the peaceful sounds of the birds to the stunning sea views, this stay will stick with you forever.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Love this place. Superb balcony with great views and lots of space. Comfortable inside. Seconds to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Funicular up to central Taormina. Host was great and even let us check out late.

Viviana and her mum were great hosts and helped us in every way they could. The location is superb, within a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach. The surroundings are beautiful with olive and lemon trees all over the place. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever!

As described. Quite spacious accommodation, the terrace offers a beautiful view and the environment is quiet. Good location to access the hikes of Nebrodi Park.

Marcello's place is amazing! 🙂 He's the soul of the place that makes it what it is. He is very warm, helpful and considerate. We got great tips and always felt perfectly taken care of. From the penultimate day we were able to use the great platform for direct access to the sea. :) The access to the sea leads about 200-250? through the loving private garden of Marcello. There is a private parking space that can be reached through 2 gates. Everything in the place was clean and well maintained and there were a lot of details.

Two of us stayed in Pippo's studio apartment for a full 3 days. The host was always available to provide us with support and to introduce us to other useful contacts. Seafront as described. We recommend renting a scooter either at the port or in Pecorini to make the most of the island. thanks again to Pippo for everything

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but you are also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you have the opportunity to have a cozy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The accommodation was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the accommodation. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

Great apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect beach location. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Maria is a great host, making you feel very welcome ready for your Sicilian adventure.

Antonio was such a good host, very responsive and helpful! He helped us a lot during our stay with some emergency we had and it was much appreciated! The apartment is beautiful, very much in the center of Cefalu and very unique.

I enjoyed a great stay at Federico's apartment which is located right in the historic center of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach, the cathedral, shops and restaurants! It was a great experience to stay in one of those old houses in the narrow streets of the historic center and still enjoy all the amenities of a modern, newly refurbished apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and hence was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the narrow street of historic Cefalu. Federico is an extremely nice host, very responsive and helpful! He provided great recommendations for restaurants, and for wonderful Kalura beach at the edge of Cefalu! Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Cefalu and I hope to come back sometime soon! I highly recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

This is a really nice Airbnb located in a heart of Cefalu. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It is located within walking distance of all the restaurants and cafés. And it’s just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

We can not say enough good things about Marta’s place! First, the location with the view of the water is perfection. We had several meals enjoying the balcony seating. The space offers everything you may need and the location of Deco grocery around the corner is a bonus. This location is walkable to the train station and Silvio picked us up there upon our arrival which was so thoughtful. We used beach chairs and an umbrella that other guests had left for the beach! The washing machine came in handy to refresh our travel clothes. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay and next time we visit, we will gladly stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!
