La casa è interamente circondata da oliveto, frutteto e vigna. Vi si accede attraverso strada asfaltata e solo negli ultimi 200m la strada è sterrata ma perfettamente percorribile. Dista dal paese di Olmedo circa 3km, da Alghero circa 8km, dall' aeroporto di Fertilia solo 6km. La base ideale tra la quiete della campagna e le spiagge più belle della zona.
