Holiday rentals in Olympiada

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Wer einen authentischen Ort sucht und Ruhe liebt, der ist im Dorf Stratoni genau richtig! Hier grüßen sich noch alle und die Atmosphäre im Ort ist sehr positiv, die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt zwei Cafés, zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen Hafen. Wer nicht den typischen Tourismusort sucht, sondern das "echte" Griechenland sehen möchte, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Das Haus ist in zentraler Lage, fußläufig zum Strand, zum kleinen Hafen, einem Bäcker und einem Restaurant (im Prinzip ist alles fußläufig). Besonders begeistert hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem gigantischen Blick auf die grünen Berge und das Meer. Ιωάννης und seine Familie sind äußerst freundlich, sehr gastfreundschaftlich und die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist größer aus als auf den Fotos. Eine klare Empfehlung, efcharisto für alles!

Апартаментът е на много удобно място, като паркирахме колата точно пред вратата, което ни спести много притеснения. Мястото е малко, но напълно достатъчно за двама човека, имаше всичко необходимо, дори и купичка за вода за нашето куче. Хубавото е, че е на партер и имаш достъп до задния двор, в който нямахме проблем да пуснем нашето куче да се разхожда. Комуникацията ни беше лесна, а Теодора е толкова любезен и добър човек, тъй като бяхме запазили апартамента за две нощувки през юни месец, но поради лични проблеми не успяхме да отидем, тя ни предложи да останем още една вечер без допълнително заплащане поради невъзможността ни през юни, за което сме изключително благодарни. Със сигурност ще посетим мястото отново.

The villa is just a bit outside the village of Stratoniki. Though located in calm surroundings (one neighbouring house), 200 meters from the main road, it is easily accessible. The beach is 12 minutes away by car, the village 3 minutes. It had all the necessary amenities, check in arrangements were flawless and the host provided some valuable information on the surroundings/things to do. The communication with Katerina was prompt and to the point - definite recommendation.

Nice place conveniently located close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed. An extra star for the backgammon! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The ideal vacation is a combination of a beautiful place and a friendly and responsive host. Dimitra's place has them both. It was a great vacation for our family, we had lovely time at Olympiada's beach, our host was incredibly warm, friendly and showed us great hospitality - we immediately felt like at home. The house is simply amazing, I just cannot find more words to describe it - it can only be experienced!

the villa is super ok, as are the owners, the position is ideal for visiting the sea area, as well as the mountain area. Supermarket, tavern, pizzeria and cafe nearby. Also Aristotel park is nice. thank you. many greetings to Mrs. Elefteria

Very glad i got to stay in this place. It was exactly what i needed - a quiet place away from everything, but just a minute away from the centre of Olympiada by car, where the shops, cafeterias, taverns and the lovely, sandy beach were. The house itself was impressive, very nicely decorated, without clutter, clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was well maintained, very clean and along with the lounge area, it made for a lovely place to just relax and enjoy the sun. The host was very discreet, polite, and very quick to respond. The check in and out was very easy too. Overall, it was such a lovely experience, i will be coming back for sure.
