Highly recommend for a walkable location in San Juan Del Sur. Our favourite was the private balcony! Great place to have coffee with an expansive view of the surrounding local area. We felt totally safe as it's a little ways up from the main road, but still very accessible (as long as you can manage stairs). Ruddy and his family are wonderful, always willing to help since they live downstairs while still giving us privacy. Ruddy provided transportation to our next location at a great price. Communication was phenomenal via What's App with his brother, Marvin who provided awesome recommendations, and even went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue. Muchas gracias!!! Overall, the apartment suited our needs. We were able to cook breakfast and do our own laundry which was a bonus. Also enjoyed the smart tv with Netflix, AC, wifi, and storage space. Note that transportation is required to reach the surf breaks, but this is a great choice for visiting San Juan Del Sur :)

Amazing experience in Playa Maderas! The place is very nice, surrounded by nature and with a spectacular view. The cabin was spotless, very nice and comfortable, perfect for rest. The pool is excellent and you can enjoy it very much, especially at sunset. The host was very friendly and always attentive to everything we needed. The overall attention was first-rate. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

Brian was fantastic! makes you feel very welcomed from the beginning, met us at check in, showed us around and recommended some great spots that we went to! the house is beautiful, well stocked, amazing pool and views! definitely take a 4 wheel drive 😅 but our little car made it

The place was really nice. The hosts were so nice and helpful, basically everything we needed they helped us- recommendations, navigation and much more. Also they offer meals you can buy and the food is great. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay to choose this place 🙏🏻

The place was comfortable, as described, and Sofia was a great communicator. The women that work with her were lovely and gracious. Everything was great and walking distance to the main stores and restaurants in moyogalpa. I’d stay here again if I was coming back to omentepe.

We stayed more than a week in Odelba's place El Güis and enjoyed it very much. From the beginning we felt at home and comfortable. El Güis is a small hostal with four rooms and therefore really cozy. Oldelba is super friendly and helpful. For a contribution of 5$ to the gas we could use the well equipped kitchen. El Güis is a nice basic hostel and we totally recommend it!

He was a great host, helping us very effectively despite the short time we made the arrangements. The house is impeccable, very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent. And all communications with great efficiency and a permanent smile.

The stay was perfect. We were welcomed at Mulberry's as if we were at home. Her family helped us on a daily basis and were there as soon as we had questions despite our poor level in Spanish. We managed to do everything on foot, by bus or taxi from the house. The kids loved the animals around the house. We'll be happy to go back.

We enjoyed Danilo's stay at home, very comfortable and spacious. Danilo, excellent host, and a super guide. We'll be back soon!
