House holiday rentals in Omiš

Tonci's accommodation is a hidden gem. The approach is very steep and due to a bottleneck, it is recommended to use a small car (we rented a VW Polo and a Renault Capture). However, the hardships are definitely worth it! We were greeted around 8:30 pm by Tonci personally. He had provided a small cheese/sausage platter and showed us the apartment. Contrary to the statement that there was no hot water, there was some, you just had to turn the boiler switch. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Up in the mountains, you have a lot of privacy. The nearest neighbors live a good 60m away. Tonci came by about every three days to maintain the pool (refill chlorine tablets and measure water level). While the pool was being refilled, there was time for questions about the surroundings and small conversations. We more than enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Stunning villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

This house was amazing! Ivana and her family were extremely service-minded and helpful. They really walked the extra mile for us. We arrived on Croatia's national Day and all supermarkets were closed, so we couldn't buy anything. Then Ivana and her husband provided us with food and drinks, which of course was totally unexpected. The house was really modern, it had everything you could possibly ask for such as very effective A/C, well-equipped kitchen and really comfortable beds. A bonus was that the house was really quiet. Walking distances to supermarket, beach and restaurants were really short too. We will definitely come back!

We were very excited, the apartment is very well equipped. Were very surprised what everything was already available. In addition, you have to highlight the location, you fall out the door and are located directly on the beach and at a restaurant. A shop is a 2-minute walk away. Communication was very good, everything was described wonderfully. Checking in via lockbox was also very easy and flexible. Overall, we were very enthusiastic and would be happy to come back!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities you could need. The large terrace with pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets every evening. We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

What a nice house, swimming pool, terrace and stunningly beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed the privacy, the sea in front of the house and the rocks behind it. We also liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful whistling of the birds. We felt very welcome, Tonci and Filka received us very pleasantly. A filled refrigerator was ready to get through the first day well. The kitchen has all the comforts. Nice bed and lovely terraces. Everything super clean and good. The road you drive to get to the house is a challenge the first time, but you get used to it. It is also nice that the local users take you into account. We have had a holiday to remember. Thanks for the lovely stay.

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere, but you are provided with all comforts and you drive by car for 40 minutes to all the nice villages.
