The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find here especially nature lovers and peace seekers. The park has various facilities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

The forest house is very well equiped with everything you might need. Light the fireplace, cook and feel at home! The perfect place to recharge!

In a cozy location, in the middle of nature, there is our Scandinavian furnished forest house. Whether you read a nice book by the fire, play a game of Kubb in the garden or just enjoy the nature together, this is a place where you can really recharge, with enough space and privacy. The cottage is on a small-scale bungalow park 't Giethmenseveld, near Ommen. The park is equipped with all the comforts: a reception, a beautiful forest bath, an adventurous playground and a tennis court.

Sleep stylishly among art from the Vechtdal

The Rembrandt House is located in the heart of the Vechtdal, on the edge of the Ommerbos and within cycling distance of the center of Ommen. No bike with you? You can use ours! The accommodation is about 3 kilometers from the station. This is also a start/end point of the Pieterpad. We will be happy to pick you up and take you (free of charge) by car to and from the station. About 400 meters away, you will find a supermarket and a snack bar where plate service meals are also served.

The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are occupied for private use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shop in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.

In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a national monument and is located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown on the farm. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!
