Monthly Rentals in Oneida

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

James was responsive to all questions within 30min. Knotty but nice cabin was EXCELLENT! Lots of extras like life jackets and board games for the kids. Very clean and enjoyable to get away for the week. Lots of plugs and phone chargers in each room. Usually there’s never enough in most places. Will definitely be back! Thank You, James!

Great space for me adjacent to a large house which hosted my daughter and her friends and bridesmaids the night before her wedding at dibbles inn . The door in between could be unlocked if desired so we could go back and forth easily.
