Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, cycling, swimming in abundance. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. With car, it takes 20 min to GBG. A paddle boat and a rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Cheap accommodation close to the sea

The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the souterrain with its own entrance. It is 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing, etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes bus ride, the stop about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent it from us for the whole party and the stay for 50€, the payment is on site. No parties.

240 sqm in two floors. 10 minutes with bus from the Centralstation och close to the ocean our house has everything you'll need from a stay in Gothenburg. It has a nice garden, a glassroom and a spa in the garden. Busses and tram is hundred meter from our house. We have a fine grocery store, a cafe, restaurants and a drug store only a few hundred meter from our house. Ferrys to Gothenburg arcipelago and the beach is only 1,5 km away. Welcome!
