Osamijima, Shimanami Kaido. A large deck with a view of the sea and the sunset. Open-air bath with a view of the sea. Seaside retreat

This accommodation is limited to one group per day and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the many islands in the Seto Inland Sea and the sunset. Designed by the host, an architect who has won numerous awards overseas. Not extraordinary, but a "delicate life" with the theme of enriching everyday life. You can experience that kind of life here. There is a separate indoor bath from the Hinoki bath, but the view of Setouchi and the starry sky from the Goemon bath, heated with firewood, is the best. If you're lucky, you'll see artificial satellites and meteors. The water heated by firewood never gets cold. It warms you from the core of your body. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. If you wish, you can also dine at a counter made of pure cedar, similar to a traditional Japanese restaurant.

5-minute walk from Onomichi Station, a house overlooking the cityscape and Onomichi Suido It is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Onomichi Station, and from the balcony you can see the cityscape of Onomichi and Onomichi Suido. You can spend a relaxing time while looking at the scenery, which is like a small garden. It is conveniently located for Senkoji Temple, shopping streets, and strolls along the sea, making it the perfect base for sightseeing in Onomichi. The living room has a TV and sound bar, and you can enjoy U-NEXT (video streaming) and Amazon Music (music streaming). Information on nearby facilities A 12-minute walk away, there is "Aeon Style Onomichi" with food, side dishes, and daily necessities. There is also a 7-Eleven (convenience store) at Onomichi Station, which is a 5-minute walk. About the city of Onomichi Onomichi is known as the "City of Slopes", "City of Literature", "City of Movies" and "City of Cats". And above all, it has a history of prosperity as a "city of the sea". My favorite place is the view from the Ponpon Rock next to Sengoji Temple. We'd love for you to enjoy the unique scenery of Onomichi, where the calm Onomichi waterway, the view of the shipyard cranes, and the train running right next to the private house all harmonize.
