This charming 60m² T3 is exceptionally well placed in the very beautiful village of Brison Saint Innocent. Its terrace is ideal for admiring the view of Lac du Bourget while having lunch around the table. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Wifi, a private garage, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also included. An arrival kit, sheets and towels will be provided. La Colinette 3* Cottage: In the heart of St Pierre de Curtille, on the road around Lake Bourget, 3 km from Conjux Beach (restaurant, pedal boats, boat rental) we offer our fully renovated cottage, a village house with terrace of 110 m2 + garden of 50 m2, 5 bedrooms for 8 adults, 4 children/teens + 1 baby. You can visit the Abbey of Hautecombe, hiking, water sports, 6 km from the tourist village of Chanaz, its craftsmen, its canal and its waterfront restaurants.

With its harbor, beach, esplanade crossed by a small river, restaurant and snack bar, small boat rentals… it's a real little paradise in the heart of an exceptional natural environment. Ideal for delighting nature lovers, fishermen, cyclists, hikers, groups of friends and family.

Family home with private lake access

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Grocery store

Countryside stay in an unpretentious private 50m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located near Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation . Initiation to caving (for a fee) .no electric charging.
