Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Općina Ražanac

...we will definitely come back (actually we don't go to the same place again)! Here the exception is worthwhile ♡ Dragana and her mother are very warm people. We felt totally comfortable. The surrounding area is very quiet. Approximately 15 minutes to Zadar. The town of Nin is beautiful. The beaches all look different. Good for the "beach" and town hopping. The Krka National Park is also beautiful, as are the Plitvice Lakes. Our 6th small round trip through Croatia and also the best. Thank you ♡

Great spot to stay just a short walk away from the beach and a few nice restaurants and bars. Beautiful view for sunset. Even has AC, which is really nice on those 35C days!

A great house! Everything is super new, just like in the pictures: clean pool, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed + 2 couches, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces (upstairs+downstairs). Beautiful view from the upper terrace of the sea and mountains. The sea and supermarket are within walking distance. The place is small but sweet, it feels like it's being expanded - which is why you sometimes hear some construction noise. We didn't notice much from the neighbors. Josip is great, he personally welcomed us and explained everything and was always available. All in all: highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all!! (Zadar, however, is easily accessible in about 30 minutes with Uber, for example.) We felt very comfortable.

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

It’s a really nice accommodation with pool. The host was friendly and always there for us when we had questions. Check in and check out was super easy, convenient and quick. I stayed there with some friends and it’s fairly close to Zadar to do daytrips or go out at night and easily get back. It’s a new building with modern equipment and furnishing. I would 100% recommend this place.

There were six of us. We really enjoyed the house and Nada. Especially Lana. She speaks English really well and can explain everything. The house is very well located near the village of Razanac and is also a few minutes from the sea. Nada also brought fruit and vegetables from her garden several times and this counts for a lot in a stay in my opinion. In fact, it is the first time that a host welcomes us so well in their house. For this reason I congratulate Nada and her entire family. A truly unforgettable place. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

The stay was amazing. the apartment is in a really chill and silent zone, far from the camping. The View was just outstanding, waking up with an amazing sea just under your balcony is amazing. You can enjoy your day in the private beach, where you can have a jump in the water from the trampoline, or go fishing and grill what you catched during the day. the city is just 5 Min by car but you have as well a restaurant and a minimarket really near the house. the room was super clean and everything was put in the right position, we really appreciate as well the wine bottle and the fruit we found at our arrival as complementary!Super suggested! we will be back for sure

Apartment equipped with all the comforts described, great for a relaxing vacation. The house is located in a very quiet village, in the morning the birds wake you up, to reach the beaches as seen from the location you need a car. The highlight is Vera and her family, very kind and helpful, also because they live next door. Real's father delighted us throughout the holiday with excellent melons, and watermelons of his production, and allowed us to take vegetables and fruits from his garden. Even one day since my car didn't leave because of the battery, he promptly helped me set it up with some cables, and showed me where to take the new one. The mother also cared for an otite as it once was done in a natural way, with drops of her miraculous aloe plants. What can I say, I highly recommend choosing this house, and the only negative note I can find, and that we have to leave, and how to leave relatives.

Everything went very well, the accommodation matches the description very well, the beach is not even 50 meters on foot, the place is very peaceful with beautiful landscapes.

An unforgettable short trip with 8 people! We stayed in Martina's AirBnB for hiking in this area and had a really comfortable and worry-free time - there was nothing missing. Lots of luxury and an extremely friendly hostess, who responded to all our wishes, welcomed us in her particularly hospitable way. There was always easy and direct communication with the host, even if there were a few special requests. We are grateful for these moments of eating together on the beautiful terrace, sweating in the sauna, or being able to enjoy a relaxing TV or billiard evening. 5 stars for the accommodation in this dream location as well as 5 stars for Martina - our AirBnB heroine 🌄

Very pleasant accommodation in nice and calm village. Beach is very appropriate for small children. Host was friendly and reliable. Well recommended!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the ad stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and nickel services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the small cafe that overlooks it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Martin was always extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for recommendations or didn't know something, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail with pictures and precise instructions. The apartment was in excellent condition - everything was clean and hygienic. The location was ideal, only a short 10-15 minute drive separated us from the charming old town of Zadar. The terrace was a little narrower than expected, so breakfast there was a bit of a squeeze, but the wide-opening French doors meant we could also enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, so we didn't want for anything. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house so that several cars could be parked without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.
