Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

A due passi dal centro del servitissimo paese di Opicina, sull’altipiano carsico a 300 mt dal livello del mare, a 1 minuto a piedi dalle fermate dei bus che portano a Trieste ogni 10 minuti, a 3 minuti dal confine sloveno, 1 h da Lubiana e poco più da Venezia, grazioso monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Patio e giardino esterno ad uso personale, dog friendly. Posto macchina interno. Le spiagge di Barcola e Sistiana distano circa 10-15 minuti.

Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

Per una vacanza anche di più giorni, proponiamo una graziosa casetta monofamiliare di 65 mq., immersa nel verde, vista mare, con taverna relax, giardino recintato e grande terrazza solarium, che è stata completamente ristrutturata per un uso turistico. La struttura si sviluppa su un piano, con annessa taverna al piano inferiore; è esposta a sud e quindi soleggiata tutto il giorno e fronteggia un fitto bosco con il ruscello sottostante.
