Bright, spacious and cozy apartment about 1.5 km north of the pedestrian street in Lillehammer. The apartment is two whole floors in a nice and quiet residential area centrally in Lillehammer. If you stay with us, you will live quietly and peacefully in a nice and large apartment (120 sqm). A 15-minute walk away is the pedestrian street with all kinds of shopping opportunities and restaurants. There are great hiking possibilities nearby. Hafjell Alpinsenter is only a 15-minute drive away, a short way to skiing in Nordseter and Sjusjøen.

This is a nice and family-friendly place with a small garden located in Røyslimoen residential area. By car it is about 7 minutes to Lillehammer's pedestrian street, 20 minutes to Hunderfossen/Lilleputthammer and 15 minutes to Sjusjøen. Bus stop with hourly departures to the city center a few meters from the residence. There are nice hiking areas nearby with Røyslitjern with a bathing jetty a few hundred meters inside the forest. A small neighborhood center with grocery stores (Kiwi and Rema), as well as pharmacies in the area.

We love our townhouse and want to rent it out to those who want to enjoy the holiday with stunning views of the city & fjord and be good tenants :) Fully furnished. WIFI. Children and pets are welcome. Plenty of room for long tables. Large terrace. Several activity areas, as well as a football field and large grassy area for play nearby. Quiet location. Right behind the house is Marka's eldorado of trails, viewpoints and bathing water. Short distance to public transport. Here you can enjoy either a quiet holiday or the city!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cozy home, perfectly located in a quiet area, just below the city center. With ski-in/ski-out opportunities and only 350 meters to the ski slope, you have easy access to both cross-country and alpine slopes. With Jotunheimen as the closest neighbor, there are countless hiking opportunities, whether you want short, family-friendly trips or top trips in majestic surroundings. If the weather is not cooperating, the city center offers shops, cafes and restaurants – all within easy reach.

Dette er en sjelden mulighet til å leie et familievennlig og moderne rekkehus med tre etasjer i sentrum av Oslo. Her er det mange hyggelig cafeer, restauranter, parker og lekeplasser. T-banen er rett ved og tar deg enkelt rundt i hele byen og til naturen. Parkeringsplass kan leies (gratis på lengre opphold). Med huset følger ansvaret for en veldig snill katt. Hun er nysgjerrig og vil nok fort komme til dere for litt kos. Katten må mates daglig, men klarer seg ellers selv med bruk av katteluken.
