The residence is located about 500 meters up behind Bardøla Hotel, at the hotel there are facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center and restaurant. The kitchen is well equipped for 18 people, and there is room for 13 people around the dining table. The house has a sauna, two bathrooms and a separate TV room. The cross-country ski trail goes out right below the house, and you can walk up the Snaufjellet mountain, or stay in nice forest trails.

Skibussen stopper 75 meter fra utgangsdøren, og det er preparerte langrennsløyper bare 5 meter fra hytta. Hytta er 47 m² i hovedetasjen, med en ekstra hems og moderne bad og kjøkken.
