Bring sunblock and sandals to a remodeled cottage near the beach. An upgraded kitchen, along with bunk beds in the second bedroom, make this ideal for young families. Return from a fun day in the surf, rinse under an outdoor shower, and have a BBQ. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick or has any symptoms, please contact me immediately. This home is 3 houses in from the beach and a 60 second walk to the sand and very close to beach. The house is in Newport Beach, next to a park and basketball court. One of the best surfing and all-ages beach locations is nearby. Walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and the pier.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
