Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Gîte de 2 personnes de 50m2 au rez-de-chaussée : Le logement sans vis à vis est situé au nord de la maison. L'accès se fait par un petit escalier. Il y a un jardin privatif clôturé au sud de la maison pour les animaux avec barbecue, table et parasol. Accès au grand jardin pour la balançoire. Le gite est situé au coeur de la région des lacs du Jura, à 200 m du port de la Saisse où la rivière d'Ain se jette dans le lac de Vouglans. Maison des anciennes forges des années 1900.

You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture that I create. There is also a game room and a relaxation area. A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and many motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
