Christine and Rebecca were amazing hosts!! The cottage was super clean, and had everything we needed. This cottage was also super fun for a big group, we played lots of volleyball, went out in the canoes, and did hot cold dips from the lake to the sauna. Amazing place, would totally go again :)

Jason had a beautiful home that we were grateful to spend our Christmas holidays at. When there was an issue with electronics that we needed help with, not only did he respond rapidly but also came in person to help rectify the issue. A beautiful home and a wonderful host. :)

We had a great time at Patrick’s cottage, the location is great, within walking distance from the beach, it’s exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze and providing helpful local tips.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Margaretha’s cottage! It is more cute and larger than it appears in the photos. Location was amazing - quiet, peaceful, beautiful, right on the water. She had all the amenities to keep you having fun without having to leave the cottage - canoe, kayaks, water mat, fire pit, bbq. We enjoyed spending every night around the fire pit! Her response time is pretty much immediate so communication was a breeze. What we really appreciated the most was her letting us check in earlier and check out later - it allowed us to not worry about having to keep our frozen/cool foods in our coolers for too long, or feel rushed checking out. The welcome chocolate was also a really thoughtful touch. Her cottage is also well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and the beds were comfy enough. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Overall, it was well worth the stay!

Nice home in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Easy to find and access. Big back yard for kids and dog (although not fully fenced, which was fine as we brought our own leash). We arrived from out of province (via flying) and were surprised to find the beds already made with the necessary linens (we had packed our own via suitcase as per the ad details). But we appreciated the kind gesture had we somehow failed to bring our own! The kitchen is updated (so different from pictures) but still has all the appliances and cooking items a family would need for their stay. Lots of stores (grocery, banks, restaurants, Canadian Tire etc) are within a 10 min drive or less, making “going into town” to grab stuff a breeze. Plus having access to a hot tub, sauna and BBQ are a very nice treat :) We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated Tamila’s prompt responses for any questions we had. Would happily stay again!

Incredible details make you feel right at home. Its is fun and warm. Ping pong table was a pleasant surprise.

Devon’s place was absolutely amazing. Located right by the lake with everything you would want to do in the boathouse. One of the few places that has two bathrooms by the lake. Interior was also super clean, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone considering a peaceful cottage weekend !

My family was visiting from Ireland, and we wanted to give them a taste of cottage life. This Airbnb went beyond what we could have hoped for. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The island was private, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for six of us to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home. We spent our days fishing, canoeing, reading, eating well, and soaking in the stunning grounds and beautiful home. As to be expected with any cottage, bring bug spray for the black flies and mosquitos—especially if you're visiting in the warmer months. Stephen was a fantastic host: helpful and easy to communicate with. I'd love to make staying here a yearly tradition :)

We had a great time at George’s house with our friends. We went there to enjoy the fall colors and this house is a perfect spot to enjoy fall colors near by. Kayak in the fresh lake water right behind the house is really good experience. House looks exactly shown in the images. I recommend this to anyone who want to enjoy time with friends and family in a peaceful location.

Jaan & Nithya were great hosts. The place was beautiful and they were very helpful and responsive when we had any questions! Great place for a family getaway on the lake. Definitely recommend!

Great place, will stay again

Beautiful cottage with a spectacular view of the lake! Very quiet and peaceful for rest and relaxation. The fireplace made the cottage even more cozy on some very cold winter days during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the entire cottage was well set up for a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was easy to find and anything you could possibly need was there. We loved that amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close by and easily accessible.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is big with plenty of rooms for a big group. It was clean and orderly. There is a beautiful dock with a canoe, kayak and life jackets. Our host Fred was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking a cottage getaway.

Had the best time for our bachelor party at Mountain Ash Farm! Patricia and Ron were responsive and super helpful. Will be coming back here!

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

The cabin was cozy and just as pictured — really beautiful and peaceful ❤️ I’d definitely give this host 5 stars for how well-kept and clean the place was. The BBQ grill could’ve used a bit of cleaning, but that’s minor. The surrounding area (outside the host’s control) could use some upkeep — the beach had quite a bit of algae and grass, so it wasn’t ideal for playing or swimming. That said, the cabin came with lots of great amenities like a paddle boat and more, which were fun and easy to access. The nature was serene and calming. A lovely getaway overall!…

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had the best time playing tennis and basketball, going in the pool and sauna. The pool is cool which was so nice after getting super hot in the sauna. 10/10 recommend. The inside was beautiful and relaxing, felt like a perfect getaway and we will be back for sure! Enjoyed being in the country. The place was very spacious, big kitchen with everything you need & the beds were comfortable. Stephen was a great host, very responsive and being close by, he was able to help with anything you need. The place is well situated between Port Perry and Uxbridge.

Janna’s cabin is perfect for a little getaway! The place was very homey and quiet! Beautiful view! I would love to come back in the summer! Would stay here again! :)

Cabin #9 was amazing! Perfect size for 2 people! Amazing balcony with a table and chairs and a BBQ. So much to do close by! Paddleboats, Kayaks, Canoes, a pool and more! Larger yard area to play some sports. Host was very responsive and super friendly! I would definitely come back again!

Cottage is adorable, loved the loft and front porch. The pool was lovely and warm with a delightful pool deck with loungers and backlit lighting features. The beach is beautiful, enjoyed our walks, and our pup got in a great swim! Jeff was attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
