Basement has 2 more bedrooms with queen beds, full bath, family room w/73in smart tv, surround sound, theater seating, foosball & pacman. Basement also has queen sofa sleeper. Out back is hottub, bbq grill, picnic table & patio table/chairs.

Basement houses three bedrooms, One queen, on Twin with a Trundle and an additional Twin. Bathroom in basement has a shower only. Washer and dryer in basement as well. Small yard and garden.

Established in 1997, Benhaven, known as "The Cabin", stands as a testament to craftsmanship, having been meticulously constructed by family and friends. Nestled on a picturesque hillside offering stunning views of Glendo Lake, the cabin boasts four queen beds and one and a half bathrooms. Adorned with a spacious wrap-around deck at the front, guests can immerse themselves in the natural splendor surrounding them. The only television provided is an older model located in the loft.

Guest must go 3/4 mile to Esterbrook road to get service.

A wonderfully quiet home centrally located near the primary and high school, playground, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Due to parking limitations no trailers of any kind, RV’s, campers, or boats are to be parked in the Cul-de-sac. No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property. There is a limit of 10 guests allowed at anytime.
