You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

My accommodation is perfect for a couple or solo. Totally independent entrance. Kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc. Free parking very close in the street At the foot of Vercors, 25 minutes from the TGV station in Valence, 50 minutes from Grenoble, 40 minutes from the ski resorts, very touristy site: Thaïs cave 2 minutes on foot, lake with paddle boat, river water, hiking, bike path nearby.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Studio at the foot of Vercors

Located 2 km from the center of the village of Saint Jean en Royans, this 37 m2 studio was recently renovated. Many hikes are accessible on foot or by bike from the accommodation, and if you like winter sports, the pleasant family ski area of Font d'Urle is 20 minutes away. And many other activities, such as visiting the caves of Choranche and Thaïs, the paddle boat, the Fontaines Pétrifiantes garden… And all this less than 20 minutes from the studio!

We welcome you to our independent studio (25 m2). It is equipped with a kitchenette, a "cocooning" area with sofa bed, a space with double bed, a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and a private outdoor area. Quietly located, 10 min walk to the city center and the start of many hikes, the cottage is also 30 min to the Font d'Urle family ski area. Athletes, walkers, city dwellers, children, parents, seniors, French speakers or not, all are welcome!
