Lovely apartment on the shore of the lake

Stay in my personal, slightly 70s-style, two-room apartment with a wood-burning sauna near the center of Orivesi. The yard has its own beach and jetty, and in winter the adjacent beach also has the city's ice swimming spot. As a special feature, there is an outdoor fireplace where you can warm up by the fireplace even in cooler weather. There is accommodation for up to 6 people. I live in the apartment with my children every other week, every other week the apartment is empty and there is an opportunity to rent it to you :).

The train is conveniently accessible and there is free parking for the car. The house is in a quiet residential area in a charming courtyard surrounded by a beautiful garden. The railway station is 300 m away, from which there are good train connections, e.g. Tampere (25 min.), Helsinki (approx. 2 h) and Jyväskylä (approx. 1 h).

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
