The good life at Austrått... Here you will find history, beautiful nature, farm experiences, local food and activities on the lake, land and mountains. Kårstua is suitable for families, friends and groups who want to vacation together. A large and nice patio with fireplace, and a nice winter garden provide good and pleasant gathering places. Our guests can harvest the seasonal organic vegetables in the cooperative farm. There are over 40 different varieties in the high season. Smaller companies or departments can have gatherings and courses here.

Find peace and quiet at the old trading post Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in forests and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, express boat terminal and bus stop. On the other side of the road is the abandoned Hysnes Fort, idyllically located at the end of the Trondheim Fjord. Here you can walk on well-maintained hiking trails all the way to the top and get a phenomenal view! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Need a break from everyday life? Experience beautiful sunsets and be close to nature! The cabin is at the end of a dead end street, undisturbed location with panoramic views. Modern design. Only you and nature. A great starting point for fishing, kayaking, SUP and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can glide slowly past. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Sun all day. Benches and tables to gather everyone for a common meal. Pizza oven to make Italian delicacies. We are happy to share the recipe with you! :-)

New kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and living room with 1x180cm bed, 1x sofa bed (140cm unfolded)! All sleeping places are in the same room (living room). TV with Chromecast. Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. During summertime it will be possible to rent a boat (10ft pioneer) with 5hp outboard motor located in the shore just below the apartment. Fantastic fishing opportunities

Sunny property in the shore

Spacious property with little insight and peaceful surroundings. Well suited for a family that will follow the sun from early morning to late evening - with suitable outdoor spaces. Relaxation, jacuzzi, fireplace table, barbecue, pizza oven (gas), hammock and barbecue. The lake is accessible right from the shore. Solvang is located in the middle of the town center of Brekstad in a quiet residential area. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

The cabin at Nausthaugen

Cabin 50 m from the waterfront, with beautiful views. Lots of hiking opportunities both on the water and in the surrounding area. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin is not far from our farm where we have sheep, chickens, cats and dogs. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed where 2 small children can sleep and a large double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed.
