Large, sunny terrace with gas grill where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Shielded location. Blueberry and lingonberry terrain on the plot and in the immediate area. Great hiking terrain both summer and winter. Groomed ski slopes about 100 m from the cabin, alpine facilities, private children's slope. 32 km from Røros (30 min) and a short distance to Hessdalen. The family cabin «Lattermild» has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Ønsker du en rolig hytteferie ved vakre Lauvsjøen? Vi har en nydelig hytte som vi dessverre ikke får brukt så mye som vi skulle ønske – derfor leier vi den gjerne ut når vi ikke bruker den selv! Hytta ligger fredelig og usjenert til, helt for seg selv, med bilvei helt frem (bomvei). Her har du naturen rett utenfor døra – perfekte turområder og gode fiskemuligheter. Fiskekort kjøpes på nett. Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Opplev ekte sjønær luksus helt i vannkanten på vakre Smøla. Sjøbua ligger bare 20 meter fra havet og byr på en sjelden kombinasjon av komfort, ro og spektakulær natur. Hytta ble totalrenovert i 2021 og har tre soverom, to moderne bad og store terrasser med panoramautsikt mot storhavet. Her kan du nyte havutsikten fra nesten alle rom – til og med fra badekaret. Sjøbua er fullt utstyrt med moderne kjøkken, vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, raskt internett, grill, ved og bålpanne.

Se naturen på sitt flotteste så langt øyet rekker fra godstolen! Lite, men romslig hus/hytte med høy standard. Her bor du veldig sentralt i Isfjorden, med nærhet til både butikk og fjell, samtidig som du får følelsen av å bo i skogen eller på fjellet.
