You are welcome to stay at my luxury apartment just on the border between the historic Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods. The newly renovated space perfectly melds contemporary design with historic New Orleans "shotgun" architecture. Featuring high ceilings, tons of natural light, and a fully stocked kitchen, you might never want to leave this home away from home! But you will as you are also a short walk from premier local restaurants, nightlife, and the riverfront (Crescent) park.

The living area features a comfortable blue sofa with decorative pillows, complemented by a wooden coffee table. Large windows allow natural light to enter, with light curtains framing the view. Two lamps provide soft illumination, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the space.

This bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Bayou St. John area only 2-1/2 miles from the French Quarter/Frenchman St. and 3 miles to the Superdome. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and its own private yard. There is off street parking for 2 cars. The neighborhood is walkable with charming restaurants, parks, and grocery stores only blocks away. Nearby public transportation and bike sharing stations make access to the city easy.

Close to Convention Center (0.8 miles), French Quarter (1.4 miles), Superdome (1.6 miles), Warehouse/Arts District (0.7 miles), Uptown and Jazz Fest (4.7 miles). Don't miss it.
