We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Trailer on the hill at Bohouš

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

Casa Calma

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

Chatka Borowka is a true tiny houses trend. It is full of sun, wood and has a view worth one million dollar and abit more. View of green mountains and city lights gleaming far away. Bad weather? You can turn on a projector or enjoy a sauna Chatka Borowka is located at the very border of Giant Mountains National Park and offers unlimited possibilities of relaxing in the open air. Chatka Borowka is a place made for lonely tourists and couples. With a bit of necessary luxury like air condition.

Classic wooden cabin with fireplace

Relax in a romantic wooden cottage on the edge of Bartošovice in Orlické hory. The cottage welcomes you with a cozy interior where you can forget about the worries of everyday life and just chill by the fireplace. There are many opportunities for active holidays, the surroundings offer many possibilities for a pleasant weekend and also extended week long stay. The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love.

Come and relax from the hectic life in our cottage in the heart of Podkrkonoší. All comforts from hot water to air conditioning are a matter of course. The glass terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? Forget all your worries in our outdoor year-round hot tub under the open sky!

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Right at the ski slope - attic apartment 2 adults + 2 children

We offer you comfortable accommodation with a family atmosphere. Our small but very cozy attic apartment is located right under the ski slope of the Marta II ski resort. Apartment 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building No. 438 and thus has a unique view of the ski slope. A big advantage is the elevator, which allows barrier-free access to the apartment. For a comfortable stay, we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.

Tinyhouse LaJana

A newly built caravan with an unusual saddle roof in a nice quiet place in nature, with the facilities of a regular household and a beautiful view right from the bed. It is only accessible through private property, so your undisturbed privacy is guaranteed. Surrounded by vast forests within walking distance. Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.
