It was amazing stay, thank Grzegorz once again! We had a hen party organised for our friend and asked if we could arrived a bit earlier for check-in to prepare everything in advance. The host was so nice and communicate, sawing that the weather was bad (heavy rain with the hail) he let us inside, heated for us house in advance and even helped us to heat up the hot-tub and sauna outside, cutted us some wood as well. We are so grateful for your help, kindness and understanding. The house itself look amazing, just as on the pictured from pinterest. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was fully functional. The sauna was very clean and enjoyable, also we would love to use more grill and terrace outside if the weather would be better. We would definitely love to come back to this beautiful place. =)

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

OrchardHouse was simply a fairy tale!! We really enjoyed the long weekend 😍 Everything went smoothly and everything was great...from design and decor to cleanliness, wellness (hot tub and sauna) and nice hostess ☺️ It was an amazing relax, at the same time we got recommendations for restaurants and ice cream + trips around the neighborhood. We'll be sure to recommend this place and would love to come back!

Upon arrival and entering the cottage, the first impression was wow - we had a great time, used the hot tub, sauna and grill. Everything is beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished. We definitely recommend it!

Wonderful New Year's time in an intimate group. A cottage prepared with extra care - a kitchen (better equipment than some in the house). Dishes, silverware, bowls throughout. can be used until the dishwasher is full. Prepared cosmetics, a first aid kit, and even hygiene items for women are a big plus. To greet us, we received a large package of coffee from a friendly roastery and a delicious jar of honey. The entire design of the cottage invites you to relax. Everything is tastefully decorated, thoughtful and Magda is a wonderful, warm person, helpful in everything you ask and need. All in all, I highly recommend this place where you will feel great thanks to the owners of their passion and commitment.

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

The host lives the first floor. It doesn’t bother us at all. We have our own privacy. If we need assistance the host is nearby. The surrounding area is so quiet. If the weather is great, you can see the stars right from the window. The breakfast is a must. We have great time in Arie and Gertie‘s home. Thank you!

Our stay at Vladimír's place was fantastic all around! Communication went smoothly, very friendly, and he was very helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house , all clean, fully equipped. There are also a few attentions from hosts. Hosts are very welcoming and kind. The environment is quiet, the accommodation is next to the bike path and the Hradec Králové forests. Perfect location for bike tours to the surroundings of Hradec Králové. Highly recommended!

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. Arranging with a friendly and flexible owner, from start to finish, very pleasant and relaxed. The whole process of checking in and executing the entire apartment that breathes home, right in the middle of the city, was quick and packed with all the necessary information. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean and cozy. Thanks to great tips from the owner, we quickly got our bearings in Litomyšli. Thank you very much.

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! Thank you Marta - we are already looking forward to next year!

When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Tereza was there immediately when we parked the car and took us into the apartment. So beautifully decorated and cozy - like home! The apartment was lacking in nothing and is equipped with many small, lovingly selected details. Better than any hotel! There was even a small shampoo for everyone and toiletries to use in the bathroom. In the kitchen there were several teas, coffee, various sugar, honey... just incredible how much Tereza goes out of her way to make the stay perfect. It was also very clean and looked new. We had a very good feeling all around and would be happy to come back next time we travel through the Czech Republic. Thank you for a great stay, dear Tereza!
