The place has been absolutely amazing, it has been exactly what you could wish for! The swimming pool is truly private and only for your own use. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can e.g. order all the groceries there and food from different restaurants. I worked remotely part of the time and the Wi-Fi was good for that. It is not really an apartment, but more like a villa in terms of all the amenities and privacy. I also felt really safe there. I would also like to praise the private backyard, which opens up to the swimming pool through the large glass doors via the terrace. Sun shines on it most of the day but you can also be in the shade on the terrace if you want. There's bottled drinking water, lots of towels, sunscreen etc. I'd come back anytime and would recommend it to everyone! Vera is a perfect host, she gives you all the information you need and is ready to help you at any time. She really wants you enjoy your time in there and is a kind and caring person.

I can't imaging staying anywhere else. The location, the flat, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. I got up early just to watch the sunrise. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a meal. I've stayed here several times and have had wonderful experiences. Great value for what you receive. The host is A+++

We absolutely loved our stay. Ana was so incredibly kind and responsive, and was available for anything that we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. It is worth it for that alone, Larnaca is such a walkable area. The only very minor complaint is the living room area gets very hot, granted our stay was in the middle of July, but there is only AC in the bedroom. However, Ana was gracious enough to get us a fan and it made for a much better experience. We absolutely would stay again and cannot say enough good things about Ana’s hospitality and wonderful flat.

Der Aufenthalt in Kristinas Airbnb war einfach fantastisch! Sie war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, und ich konnte sie jederzeit leicht erreichen. Besonders genossen habe ich den Wintergarten (besonders während der Arbeitszeit) mit seinem TOP Blick auf die Berge und den Salzsee inkl perfekten Blick für den täglichen Sonnenuntergang – ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und bietet geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren. Die große Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, und die gesamte Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür sodass man easy zum Flughafen oder zur Innenstadt kommt. Oder man läuft ca 25 min die Promenade entlang und kommt dann zur Stadtmitte. Perfekt. Ich kann dieses Airbnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Danke Kristina :)

Apartament spełnił oczekiwania. Byliśmy w 10 osób i bez problemu się zmieściliśmy. Bardzo blisko morza i dwóch plaż, ładna promenada. Za apartamentem dobrze wyposażony supermarket Petros. Bezproblemowe parkowanie przy ulicy. Jest też dostępne miejsce postojowe. Apartament jest na 4 piętrze, ale dostępna jest winda. Wszystkie pokoje z klimatyzacją. Do dyspozycji 3 bardzo duże tarasy, gdzie można bez problemu, na każdym z nich usiąść i zjeść śniadanie, nawet całą naszą ekipą. Gospodarz odpowiada na pytania praktycznie od razu. Dużo ciepłej pościeli, super ciepłych koców i ręczników. Ogólnie dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Jedyne co bym doradził to uaktualnienie zdjęć apartamentu, bo te dostępne na Airbnb są sprzed dobrych kilku lat.

It's a great, peaceful and clean place with a friendly and helpful host. It is well located, the beach and the town centre are in a short walking distance and there is a shop a few meters away. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Marios’ apartment. It’s in a new, upscale area of Larnaca, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped — from a Nespresso machine and frappe maker to an air fryer, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets. Everything is modern, high-quality, and stylish. The beds are super comfy with firm mattresses. The view of the salt lake is stunning and made evenings on the large balcony feel special and peaceful. Though the airport is just a 10-min drive away, we barely noticed it — no flights at night, and only a few during the day, so it’s never disturbing. Marios was an amazing host — super responsive and thoughtful, even providing a high chair and toys for our child. He also kindly allowed a late check-out. The beach (Mackenzie) is a 10-min walk with calm, shallow water, perfect for kids. Cafes, shops, and a gym with pool access are nearby. There’s private parking, but you can manage without a car too. Highly recommended — we’d gladly return!

This apartment was beautiful and had different areas in which to enjoy and relax. All of Polivios recommendations (only had time for 4) were fantastic. if you are planning to stay in Larnaca this is the place you need to be. our favourite but was the balcony area with the table and BBQ.

A really great apartment with great hosts Vas and Lana, thank you! The apartment was in a good area opposite the marina with a view of the marina and beach to the right. Its perfectly placed to visit the beach and beachfront restaurants and very close to everything else - the castle a short jog/walk away, St Lazarus church too, quirky restaurants like Cafe1900 Art Cafe 2 streets down, etc. A few kilometers down the road to the left - past a few industrial buildings is Nautical Beach & Joy club where we had a great wedding reception - right on a tiny pebbled beach. The well-known beaches & restaurants are all further down on the right, as well as a diving facility. The photos don't do the apartment justice: the open-plan lounge/kitchen area is bigger in person and the veranda huge and great for enjoying the view and the breeze. The only criticism we had was as 4 men we wanted 4 separate beds without using the sofa bed which the couch converts into (to avoid having a bed in the lounge and in direct sunlight unless the blinds are closed etc & so that some didn't have better beds than others). The extra single bed (to use as a 4th bed instead of the sofa bed) listed is not suitable for adults - its a tiny fold-out bed much smaller than a normal single bed and wouldn't really fit comfortably in the rooms. But if you're comfortable with that/using a sofa bed for a 4th person, or if you have a couple and 2 others it'd be fine. Just a note to help guests from out of Cyprus - we weren't aware of the fact that toilet paper can't be flushed down the toilet but fortunately checked with Lana on arrival as we'd experienced that in the mountains. It seems this is applicable to most of Cyprus. We purchased a few nappy bags/bin bags and used that for the bin on each flush but it does take some getting used to! There are also green municipal bins downstairs to empty trash into daily. The sheets/duvet cover in the bedroom didn't really match the 5* quality of the other areas e.g. lounge area etc but we knew that before arrival from the photos. We'd recommend this great apartment to anyone looking for a central stay in Larnaca with a view!

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place in a great location and nice hosts too. The only downside i would say is that there are no windows that show the outside

A lovely host with an immaculate very chic apartment close to the sea and amenities

This was booked at the last minute visit to attend a family funeral. Aubrey & Neil were wonderful hosts, extremely helpful, answering any questions in a short space of time. We were given precise directions to the apartment and were met by Aubrey & Neil. They showed us were everything was and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. The property was spotless and a welcome pack of essentials was left which was greatly appreciated . The apartment has a fabulous large private balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. This is an ideal place to watch the sunrise while having breakfast or enjoying a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. There is a good selection of local tavernas within walking distance or Larnaca is only a short drive away. The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful part of Oroklini and is just what we needed at a rather stressful time. The photos don't really do the apartment justice and we would love to stay here again when next in Cyprus.

From finding the accommodation, arrival and checkout the process was extremely easy. Helen and George (local management company) communication was second to none. The owner's communication was spot on, and all questions answered in a timely fashion. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very large balcony which has the sun on all day. The description of the accommodation was spot on, and the amenities well thought through. Would definitely book again

Tolle Gastfreundschaft ...hier merkt man, dass Jose Spanier ist . Sehr sauber und gutes schnelles Inernet . Komme gerne wieder mal vorbei .

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
