Holiday rentals with a patio in Oropesa del Mar

Wir haben uns 4 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt in Marias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und jeden Samstag ist nur zwei Straßen weiter ein wunderschöner Bauernmarkt. Selbst für den Strand hat Maria Stühle und Sonnenschirm und zum Einkaufen ein Trolley. Liebevolle Begrüßungsgeschenke, wie Leckerlies für unsere Hunde und Kaffee und Kekse, sowie eine Flasche gekühltes Wasser waren hinterlegt. Wir können die Wohnung und deren liebevolle Vermieterin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deiner mit Liebe eingereichteten Appartement.

Es un apartamento muy completo. De entrada muy atenta Laura, nos ha dado indicaciones y nos ha enseñado las instalaciones del Apt. Todo muy bien organizado, limpio, con los utensilios y accesorios de baño, cocina, habitaciones adecuados y es genial, muy agradecida con la anfitriona por la flexibilidad a la hora de salir. Nos han dejado agua en la nevera y colacao 🙏🏻 detalle que se agradece también. Muy a gusto estuvimos.

Rob en Theresa zijn geweldige hosts, vriendelijk, meedenkend en uitermate attent. De ontvangst was hartelijk en je vergeet bijna dat je bij een Airbnb bent en niet bij oude bekenden die je de volgende keer bij je thuis uitnodigen wil. De woning was zeer schoon en compleet uitgerust. Ik heb nog nooit een hotel of Airbnb gezien die zo goed schoongemaakt was, en dan was deze ook nog aan een zandstrand en zijn er honden toegestaan dus dan is het nog bijzonderder. We komen zeker terug wanneer we in de buurt zijn!

This place is amazing. Brilliant location and responsive host. I would however recommend a welcome pack with basic info. Key info not obvious from the listing: several floors up with a great lift. Small supermarket next door had everything we needed. Lovely walks in both directions to great bars and restaurants. Very few English tourists which was lovely. The apartment gets great sun in the morning so you can chill AM before walking the few feet to the beach PM before a sundowner at the beach cocktail bar. The height of the apartment means that the limited traffic is neither visible nor noisy when sitting down - it’s soo lovely listening to the waves from the balcony and we spent hours soaking up the views and sounds. If you are more than one small family ask for extra keys as it gives you flexibility. Enter and exit the car park through the entrance as the pavement ramp on exit is shocking. A truly BRILLIANT experience - Thank You Simo 🙏😃

El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. Las vistas son espectaculares y la zona es muy tranquila. Muy recomendable!

Impecable el piso de Francisco. Tiene una terraza muy agradable, es cómodo con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La playa queda muy cerca, a un par de cuadras caminando. La comunicación con Francisco es súper rápida..! El estacionamiento es en la calle, siempre encontramos puesto aunque me imagino que en verano es otro cantar. Si esperan cocinar, lleven sus condimentos base (sal, aceite, etc). La entrada es coordinada con una persona que te entrega las llaves, que también responde rápido y es muy amable. 100% recomendado

Вдруге відпочиваємо в цьому містечку. Чудове розташування, вид на море, все близько. Квартира зі свіжим ремонтом, все працює, повнісью укомплектована для 5 осіб. Єдине, це офіс, де треба забирати ключі , знаходиться в 4, 5 км від квартири, домовляйтеся завчасно, щоб вам ключ принесли до апартаментів. Але це дрібниця , яка швидко забулася після першого купання в морі🫠

Excellent séjour, calme et reposant surtout après une journée de balade dans Valence. Nous avons pu profiter de tout l'équipement mis à notre disposition. Même si un véhicule est nécessaire pour les visites, nous ne sommes pas loin de la ville de Valence (1/2heure). Notre hôte est très réactive ce qui est appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Ha sido Ena experiencia increíble, la zona muy tranquila y segura, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar solo tienes que llevar comida, es inmensa ideal para ir con los niños, nuestro viaje de amigos contó con el lugar que necesitábamos para relajarnos, desconectar, compartir y descansar. La barbacoa está ubicada estratégicamente y muy cómoda para usarla. Sin duda alguna no 5 sino 10 estrellas. Seguro que volveremos

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

Todo muy bien. Vistas increibles en un lugar perfecto para hacer senderismo y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa: el alojamiento es cómodo, acogedor y está cuidado con mucho detalle. Además, el anfitrión ha estado siempre pendiente de todo, muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que ha hecho que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Lage war perfekt nah am Pool mit Strandblick und Strandzugang und 10 Minuten Autofahrt in die Stadt und zu den Supermärkten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich! Sheila war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns liebe tips für den Ort gegeben. Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass das Fenster bei dollem Wind sehr laute Geräusche macht. Sehr empfehlenswert!:)

Muy buena ubicación y muy buen apartamento, es cierto que no tiene aire acondicionado pero no lo echamos en falta. Marian su sobrina es un 10 de anfitriona, pendiente de nuestra llegada y haciéndonos un pequeño resumen de peñiscola. Nos recomendó restaurantes y zonas de visita y tiendas. Repetiríamos sin duda

Rafa y Maria son muy simpáticos y flexibles, el piso está perfecto, grande, limpio, con todo lo necesario dentro. Esta muy bien localizado justo al lado del mar, y la piscina al mismo piso lo que es muy práctico. Lo recomendó a 100%.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

El apartamento de Sergio es mejor de lo que se describe y se ve en las fotos, está todo limpísimo, tiene muchísimo menaje en la cocina y la terraza y la zona donde se encuentra es una maravilla así como la bbq y la piscina comunitaria, es súper tranquilo y tiene parking privado, está solo a 10 minutos de Peñiscola. Sergio es muy amable y está pendiente en todo momento de que estes bien, te recomienda sitios y cosas que hacer. Volveremos seguro a este apartamento. Muchas gracias Sergio !

Nous avons adoré le logement d'Alexandra ! Il est pratique et confortable. Nous y avons passé un mois avec nos 3 enfants, et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous. L'accès au petit jardin est un vrai plus. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, il n'y a qu'à traverser la route pour aller à la plage. Les criques sont nombreuses, et le choix est vaste en marchant moins de 10 minutes. Alexandra a été très sympathique et réactive. Elle nous a fait de nombreuses recommandations quant aux lieux à visiter dans la région. Je recommande fortement le logement d'Alexandra !
