Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oropi

Great place to stay especially for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved having plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained. The place is tidy and has everything you need for a restful stay by the beach. Highly recommend Karen’s place to all!

Die hochwertige Bettwäsche und die gut ausgestattete Küche sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Melanie ist eine freundliche und proaktive Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist ideal – in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber dennoch nah an Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie dem Park von Tauranga und dem Mt. Maunganui. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend, but we felt relaxed as soon as we entered this lovely clean home. Everything was clean and sparkling, the beds were comfortable, all linens high quality and the rural setting was gorgeous. Highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in the area and I hope to stay again when we are next looking for accomodation in Rotorua/Ngongotaha. We stayed at Wades place over the xmas and new year period. The bach had enough space for us to host a Christmas day for our large family, not to mention the beach directly across the road where swimming was patrolled daily. The view of the beach and surrounding islands, sunsets and sunrises from the upstairs level is absolutely amazing. The house is clean and tidy and is well equipped with everything you would need. Wade is amazing to deal with and very accommodating to special requests. If you want a good kiwi holiday by the beach, this is the place to do it!! I will definitely stay here again.

Danielle’s home was immaculate, peaceful and way bigger than the photos make the house look! There was plenty of space to lounge around and the swimming pool and well kept grounds were an added bonus.

Don’t hesitate to book Donna’s place!! We booked a long weekend away to unplug and relax, while also wanting to explore the local area, and it served everything we were looking for on our trip and more. Donna’s place is secluded, peaceful, has stunning views, and was incredibly comfortable. It was still close enough (approx 20min drive) to beautiful beaches and restaurants if you’re looking to go out and about too. The reviews that say that photos can’t do the place justice were spot on. The house was spacious and luxurious with great amenities. Donna was a wonderful host, she was very helpful and left great recommendations on what to do nearby. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The most beautiful cottage with an amazing view of the lake! If ever in Rotorua, thus cottage is A MUST to stay in! Thank you, Nerida for everything! A stunning stay!

Is this little slice of paradise had to be summed up in one word.. it would be Stunning. Stu has gone above and beyond to create an aesthetically pleasing yet warm space, thoughtfully decorated and appointed. Get ready to leave your stay rejuvenated and relaxed!

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Upon our arrival, Loretta & Brian kindly provided us with the classic kiwi dip - a tin of reduced cream & Maggi onion soup, a packet of Bluebird potato chips, jet planes and easter eggs for our whānau which went down a treat! The location of this unit is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The unit has everything you need and is well furnished with adequate amenities for your stay. We had a great stay - thank you so much!

Monika and Rolf were the best Swiss-Kiwi hosts! We felt warmly welcomed when we arrived which included a warm fire, fresh warm bread and treats and a nice warm spa! It felt like home away from home and was the perfect place to get away and relax. We definitely would go back with no hesitations.

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed a soak in the spa after our busy day. Wished we stayed longer, so will definitely look at staying here again. The host is friendly and fast to communicate! My friends and I enjoyed our stay :)
