Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

We offer a refurbished apartment in our house in the countryside. Independent entrance, large bedroom with double bed, large living room with sofa bed that can be used as a 2nd bed... bathroom, separate toilet. Large kitchen... Plan d'Eau de la Germanette 3 minutes away, Buech River 150 m from the house, tranquility assured Located 10 minutes from the Orpierre climbing site, Meouge gorge 20 minutes away. The Valban house is ideal for a pleasant weekend, for families or groups of friends. The relaxation room with sauna and jacuzzi is private and accessible at no extra cost all year round. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). The Dévoluy ski areas are only 20 minutes by car.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
