Experience staying in an ancient and charming renovated cellar, immersed in the historic center of the charming village of Loreto Aprutino. The studio apartment has a characteristic independent entrance, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bed, and is equipped with additional amenities, such as a sofa bed (suitable for an adult or 2 children), Wi-Fi, and TV. Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
