This brand new built guesthouse is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and barbecue is available, as well as a boat place for a boat that does not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low tide 2 m). With private parking, and private patio on the deck, there is also a barbecue. Breakfast eggs can be bought from our chicken coop Fjäderboa. This quiet oasis is close to all the best places on the coast. Including popular Hafsten with e.g. high-altitude track and good swimming opportunities for the family. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust and Tjörn. All are within easy distance.

Lilla gäststugan

Small cozy guest house with a glimpse of the sea. In just five minutes you are at the beach. Or take the ferry to unique Fiskebäckskil or Lysekil. The cottage has two beds with pillows and duvets. Single hot plate, refrigerator, coffee maker and internet. Toilet. You have to bring sheets, bedding and towels and do cleaning after yourself. Completely animal-free. Restaurant about 30 min walk, or 2 min to the ferry. Bed linen, etc. can be rented. There is no shower! Only hot water in the kitchen area, cold water in the sink in the toilet.

Tiny house near the beach

Welcome to a cozy little cottage of about 14 m² – perfect for two! Here you live easily but comfortably with a bunk bed, kitchenette, toilet and small terrace. Please note that shower is missing – but it is only a 2 min walk to a large swimming area with beach, jetty and playground. The cottage is in our villa garden, close to car ferry, marina and grocery store. Parking is available on the property and electric car charger is available. Quiet and seaside accommodation with proximity to salty dips and summer evenings!

The Guesthouse

Relax in our small quiet guest house with all the amenities you need. Kitchen, bathroom and small patio with barbecue, under stately oaks. Large double bed and space for an extra bed in the same room. Short walk to fantastic jetty for saltwater swimming and play from the diving tower or crab fishing jetty. If you are looking for a restaurant or bar, there is one about 20 minutes' walk away. Bed set + towels can be booked for SEK 150/set. Stugan

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Bo för er själva med djur och natur alldeles utanför knuten. Ni kommer att bo på en liten fårgård med många djur som ger landskapet liv. Hälsa på vallhunden Svante och träffa våra höns och ankor som ger oss ägg. Hela gården andas genuin lantlighet och stillhet på en ö som under sommaren är sjuder av liv. Stugan är gammal, men nyfixad med en smakfull mix av genuin lantlighet och lite vardagslyx.

Guesthouse just outside Lysekil. Easy to get to by bus and car. Ample parking for cars & a shed for bikes. Bus stop is 100m from the cabin and goes straight to Lysekil center. Close to the sea, hiking, climbing, Stora Coop, and a very good Spanish restaurant. Self check in & out. Full directions become available in the app a few days before you arrive. Bring your own sheets & towels or rent them.

A cozy home near salty baths for the small family. It has a double bed for two adults and a sofa bed for two children. The sea with a cozy small bay is about 200m from the cottage. About 6km from the property you will find Stenungstorg with shopping and restaurants. Around there are many excursions such as Orust and Tjörn.
