A large and lovely villa in the middle of Käringön. Perfect for a conference or group meeting. There are 15 beds at the house divided into 7 rooms. Two toilets and two fully equipped kitchen. There are several rooms for shared socializing or smaller group work. The upstairs kitchen table can be extended so that more people can sit. In case of interest, we can convey contact of the rental of the sauna and conference room as well as additional beds at the neighbor's place 10 m away. Adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning till night on the large terrace while the kids play on the lawn. In the afternoon you take the bike to the sea and take a lovely bath. At night you grill and maybe pick some blueberries. Nearby there is lovely kayak water and for those who like nature there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

Wonderful summer house with fantastic location in the middle of central Lysekil with 500 meters to the sea. 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store and Lysekil city park Parking space in the driveway with space for 2 cars. Sea view in two directions, a lovely garden with hammock, barbecue and dining table. Downstairs with large living room, dining table with 10 seats and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs with 4 bedrooms.

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

Walking trails to several viking graves. Just a short drive to exclusive restaurants with upscale food, wine, and spa in Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil.
