Holiday rentals with lake access in Osa Peninsula

The best place to stay, for so many reasons, and especially the amazing hosts. Absolutely beautiful, unforgettable, and amazing.

Beautiful and private location. No need to visit the local National parks as all the animals are in your backyard. We saw white faced capuchin monkeys, squirrel monkeys, coati, macaws, amazon parrots, flycatchers, and really all kinds of birds. Very nice pool and patio to relax in. Outdoor BBQ kitchen. And the beach is just a few minutes across the main road. Lots of activities in the area. Really comfortable beds with nice linens. Great place to spend the week!

Excellent place very comfortable Esmeralda was so kind and attentive to us The place is wonderful, beautiful nature, lots of greenery The kitchen is very well equipped much more than basics We also enjoyed the campfire they have lit it for us It is located in a strategic place from there we could do several tours in Bahía Ballena Manuel Antonio playa linda y Nauyaca waterfalls We highly recommend this place and will definitely go back And it is pet friendly

It is a location surround by nature! I saw monkeys and toucans during my stay. The location is very solid for the price. The home itself is very nice with all you need. The only thing is you will have to deal with bugs, like most of Costa Rica, but especially at night if lights are on because of the area.

The house and the impeccable experience, we really liked it and the stay was very quiet, great vacation home. Just a few small details to take into account, the place has very little signal for Kölbi, almost nil. With Movistar, a little more signal arrives. The screen didn't connect to any network, so you couldn't watch movies. I asked the host how the Jacuzzi worked and did not respond. Until the 3rd day, the jacuzzi reached a warm temperature. Everything else, the pool, rooms, board games, super well and beautiful.

What an amazing little gem we felt right at home. It was like staying with some good friends walking around their fruit farm picking avocados and citrus and flowers and fishing down at the river. That’s only a few hundred meters from the house. What an amazing place will definitely be back.

The hosts really make this a stand out experience. I am grateful to Mari and her family for the warm welcome. The house is well equipped and very charming. The location is convenient for day trips around the peninsula and the river is an easy walk down the road. There are two pulperias that had all I needed for my month stay. Not controlable by the host but, on the weekend nights the music from the cantina can be loud and last until 2am. It is also on a road with many motorcycles and cars.

Axels place is magical! We spend more than two weeks there with our kids and had a fantastic time. The nature around the house is amazing, we saw all the animals we had on our bucket list right from the patio (except for a sloth - we saw that 10 minutes walk away). Great surfing, hiking, horse riding, fishing etc close by. The house has everything that you will need for a relaxed time between beach and jungle in CR.

The 2 room flat- Esteban's Boca Vieja was peaceful and relaxing. It has all the amenities and is a 5 minute walk to really excellent restaurants. I felt right at home. The air conditioning is great and there is a small convenience store across the street. It was easy to find and I would totally stay there again. Thank you!

A place I would return to many times , very quiet and close to the main beaches. adjusted to our need. Excellent attention from start to finish.

Gissel's house is a cute jungle home! The green yard in the front is super peaceful and the front patio is an awesome place to hang out during any time of the day. It's also well located just a minute away from the Costanera so you can easily access Uvita or Domi when needed.

This was a lovely quiet area just on the edge of town, easy to walk to grab coffee or to the atm. Easy walk to Uvita waterfall to the river. The main noises I heard were construction down the road and happy animals playing with their people, otherwise it was very peaceful. The room was very clean and the fan was plenty to stay comfortable. The kitchen was accesible and had the basics handy. A great place to explore Uvita.

Even though it is a little far from the beach it has a convenient location, minutes away from restaurants, gyms and supermarkets. Clean place, the kitchen is spacious and convenient. Quiet place to rest and relax. There is no air conditioning but it has a fan and the house good natural ventilation. The price is very comfortable and the host is super friendly and pleasant! I recommend it

Sabrina & Edu couldn’t have been better hosts! Their “end of the world” paradise is quiet & peaceful. Their home cooked meals were delicious & plentiful. The bungalows had thick netting so we could feel the cool night air as we slept. It was fabulous to wake up to all of the birdsongs every morning, They made a special effort to show us birds & animals. We really enjoyed the use of their boat to explore the River where their diverse ecosystem shines in the jungle. We also liked taking the boat on the lagoon to the beach. If you want a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the place. However, Sabrina is happy to help you with any tours (and there are quite a few to choose from). We will always treasure our time here. :)

This was our family’s 5th trip to Pavones . We like to try different places and locations . Giselle’s home was beautiful , spacious and very comfortable. We had a smaller group and it didn’t feel overwhelming as it’s a big place . Outdoor spaces were amazing , and a quick walk to essentially a private beach . (Only saw 1 person over 8 days ) a short walk to La Pina restaurant for a pizza or dinner and only 3-5 minutes from various spots near Pavones point. I will say this was perhaps the most well equipped kitchen and linens we have experienced yet . Oliver the caretaker was quite helpful and his English is fair . Overall a very positive experience.
