It is a 100 year old house built near Kobe Fruit Flower Park Osawa, Mita Premium Outlet, and Aeon Mall Kobe North. Other than the bedrooms and bathrooms, it has a spacious dirt floor.Because it is an old house, you can spend a very cool time in the summer. In winter, you can use the wood-burning stove, but that alone is cold, so I also introduced a large kerosene stove, so I'm relieved. Although there is no air conditioning in the dirt room Fan and circulator are installed.The bedroom has an air conditioner, so please use it when you go to bed. Smoking is prohibited in the room.Please go outside when smoking. I would like to have a BBQ with my family or chat with my friends who have been together in a long time.
