Located at the 10 MM of the Niangua Arm, you'll enjoy peace and quiet on wooded land with amazing views of the lake. Cabin 1 is a large studio with room for 6 guests MAX. Space includes two queen beds, kitchen, full bath, queen sleeper sofa & lakefront porch. You can enjoy a weekend or longer stay in this hand built, one of a kind cabin.

This cozy one-bedroom charmer, part of a lake front 4-plex built in 1959 will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay. You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
