A pochi metri dal centro all'interno delle mura con presenza di negozi di ogni genere. Non è prevista la Tassa di Soggiorno. Osimo offre un servizio di Maxiparcheggio. Per chi desidera esplorare la zona, come il Fiume Musone con la sua pista ciclabile, può usufruire del servizio noleggio del negozio Bicimania a pochi metri dalla struttura.

On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.
