The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

It is a neighborhood in Oslo which is right next to the famous Opera house and Munch museum and has immediate proximity to several restaurants and walking distance to the city and Oslo S. The apartment has big windows which makes it airy and bright and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed). The left side of the balcony has direct view to the Ekeberg-hill.

The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!
