Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Naša kućica na drvetu pruža jedinstveni doživljaj okoline, šume crnog bora i pogleda na Buško jezero. Kuća je podignuta 4 metra iznad zemlje, te vas tako dok boravite u njoj okružuje krošnjama drveća. Kuća se sastoji od dnevne sobe koja je ujedno i blagavaonica, wc-a, spavaće sobe s dva odvojena kreveta, te galerije s bračnim krevetom. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi kamen na drva, koji pruža poseban igođaj tokom zimskih dana, udobni kauč koji može poslužiti i kao dodatni ležaj za jednu osobu.
